The rules for using Extreme IPTV. Plain English. Read them before you sign up.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of extremeiptv.cam and the Extreme IPTV subscription service. When you sign up, start a trial, or pay for a plan, you're agreeing to everything below. If something here doesn't work for you, don't use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Creating an account, starting the free trial, or paying for any plan means you've accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you're not on board with them, stop here — don't sign up.

2. Service Description

Extreme IPTV gives you access to a large library of live TV channels plus video-on-demand, streamed over your internet connection. We run on a subscription model. Here's what we offer:

  • Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual subscription terms.
  • 1-screen, 2-screen, and multi-connection plans.
  • A short free trial so you can test things on one account before paying.

Channels, features, and content availability can shift by region and may change without notice. Licensing isn't always under our control.

3. Account Creation

  • You need a working email address to register.
  • Your login is yours to protect — keep your credentials private.
  • No sharing logins outside your household. Each subscription is for personal use.
  • You must be 18 or the legal age of majority where you live to subscribe.

4. Acceptable Use

Use the service legally and don't step on anyone else's rights. That means you can:

  • Stream on your own devices for personal, non-commercial viewing.
  • Watch on the number of screens your plan allows, inside your household.

5. Prohibited Uses

You won't:

  • Sell, share, or hand out your credentials to anyone outside your household.
  • Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against the service.
  • Try to get around geo-restrictions or any security controls.
  • Record, rip, or store content to redistribute it.
  • Use Extreme IPTV in a bar, restaurant, hotel, or any other commercial setup without written permission.
  • Do anything that hammers our servers or messes with the network.

If you break any of the above, we'll suspend your account immediately and you won't get a refund.

6. Payment & Billing

  • Prices show in USD. Local taxes can apply at checkout.
  • Payments run through trusted third parties (Stripe, PayPal, or crypto). We don't keep your card details.
  • Subscriptions renew on their own at the end of each term unless you cancel first.
  • We'll email you before renewal. Cancelling on time is on you.

7. Cancellation

Cancel any time through our /contact page. Your access stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for — no early cutoff.

8. Refunds

Refund details are in the Refund Policy. Short version: a money-back window applies to first-time orders only. Renewals don't qualify.

9. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime and we work hard to hit it, but we can't promise zero interruptions. We're not responsible for downtime caused by:

  • Your internet or device problems.
  • Planned or emergency maintenance on our side.
  • Events outside our control — natural disasters, internet outages, that sort of thing.
  • Channel providers going dark or content licenses changing.

10. Intellectual Property

The content you stream belongs to its original broadcasters and license holders, not us. Extreme IPTV doesn't own the channels themselves. The site design, code, brand, and logos are ours.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Extreme IPTV isn't on the hook for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages tied to your use of the service. If you ever have a valid claim, our total liability won't be more than what you've paid for your current subscription period.

12. Indemnification

If you break these Terms and that causes claims, costs, or damages against Extreme IPTV or its team, you agree to cover them.

13. Governing Law

These Terms fall under standard international commercial law. If there's a dispute, we'll try to sort it out in good faith first. If that fails, it goes to binding arbitration.

14. Changes to Terms

We can update these Terms whenever the service or the law makes it necessary. We'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If you keep using Extreme IPTV after a change, you've accepted the new version.
