Privacy Policy
Plain-English rundown of what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Extreme IPTV ("we", "us", "our") cares about your privacy. This policy lays out what personal data we collect when you use our website at extremeiptv.cam and our IPTV service, what we do with it, and the rights you have. We've kept the language plain so you don't need a law degree to read it.
1. Who We Are
Extreme IPTV is an IPTV subscription service. For anything privacy-related, drop us a line via our contact page and we'll get back to you fast.
2. Data We Collect
What you give us
- Email address — needed so we can set up your account and send your login details.
- Payment information — handled by our payment partners (PayPal, Stripe, or crypto processors). Your full card number never sits on our servers.
- Name — optional. We only use it if you reach out to support.
- Support messages — anything you send us through email, WhatsApp, or our contact form.
What we collect automatically
- IP address — for fraud checks and country-based pricing. We don't keep it long-term.
- Browser and device type — picked up by cookies so the site runs well on your setup.
- Pages you visit and time spent — via analytics cookies (more in our Cookies Policy).
3. How We Use Your Data
- To set up and manage your IPTV subscription.
- To email you your login credentials and service updates.
- To process payments safely.
- To answer your support questions.
- To improve the site and catch fraudulent activity.
- To meet legal obligations.
We don't sell your personal data to anyone. Full stop. We also don't run automated profiling that would have legal effects on you.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you're in the European Union, here's why we're allowed to handle your data:
- Contract performance — we need your email to deliver what you paid for.
- Legitimate interests — preventing fraud and keeping the service running well.
- Consent — for analytics and marketing cookies, which you can switch off anytime.
- Legal obligation — where the law says we have to.
5. Your Rights Under GDPR (EU Residents)
If you live in the European Economic Area, you've got these rights:
- Right to access — ask for a copy of the data we hold on you.
- Right to rectification — tell us to fix anything that's wrong.
- Right to erasure — ask us to wipe your personal data (the "right to be forgotten").
- Right to restrict processing — tell us to slow down or pause how we use your data.
- Right to data portability — get your data in a format you can take elsewhere.
- Right to object — push back on processing that's based on legitimate interests.
- Right to withdraw consent — flip the switch on cookie-based processing whenever you want.
To use any of these, hit us up via our contact page. We'll respond within 30 days.
6. Your Rights Under CCPA (California Residents)
If you're a California resident, you can:
- Find out what personal info we collect and why.
- Ask us to delete your personal information.
- Opt out of the sale of your data (we don't sell it anyway, but the option is there).
- Not be punished for exercising any of these rights.
To send a CCPA request, use our contact page.
7. Your Rights Under LGPD (Brazil Residents)
If you're in Brazil, the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) gives you rights including access, correction, deletion, portability, and a clear explanation of how your data is used. Use our contact page to act on any of them.
8. Data Sharing
We only share your data with:
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) — so your payment actually goes through.
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics) — in anonymised form, and only if you've accepted cookies.
- Law enforcement — only when we're legally required to.
9. Data Retention
We hold onto your email for as long as your subscription's active, plus 90 days after — unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Payment records stick around as long as tax law says they have to (usually 7 years).
10. Cookies
Yes, we use cookies. For the full breakdown of what they do and how to switch them off, see our Cookies Policy.
11. Security
Everything in transit runs over HTTPS encryption. Only authorised staff can touch subscriber data, and we review our security setup regularly. We can't promise perfection — nobody can — but we take this seriously.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may tweak this policy from time to time. When that happens, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. If something material changes, we'll email subscribers directly.
13. Contact
Got a privacy question? Reach out via our contact page. We aim to reply within 48 hours.
